Recruitment Lifecycle
The James
Partnership can manage the full recruitment lifecycle and
utilises two primary recruitment methods to identify, qualify
and present potential candidates to clients. These methods are Contingency Recruitment and Executive Search & Selection. For
both methods we maintain close communication with our
clients and candidates through all stages of the recruiting process, from
the initial introduction of the candidate through to the
post-placement follow-up.
Our Recruiters
The James Partnership’s recruiters have a strong track record
in recruiting in all areas of Bermuda’s business sector. The
areas include but are not limited to insurance, reinsurance,
accounting, investments, banking, information technology,
legal, human resources and secretarial/administration.
We constantly develop an understanding of a company’s business
and stay abreast of market activity and new developments in
all industry sectors worldwide. On a local level we will visit
clients to become fully aware of their company ethos and
individual market. It is our belief that we can only build on
partnerships and trust if we get closer to our clients by
being part of their world.
Based in the centre of Hamilton, Bermuda we have developed
unbeatable contacts, inside knowledge of trends and salaries
as well as an understanding of the Bermudian culture, thus
differentiating ourselves from other recruitment companies
recruiting from off the island.
Opportunity
Hires
As well as assisting with the recruitment of candidates for
particular positions specifically advised to us, we regularly
advise high calibre individuals who are looking to move
companies. By using our market knowledge, we will approach
certain companies advising them of the candidate’s
availability, with the individual’s consent. More importantly,
we will only make contact where we feel a candidate could be
of interest and an asset to their organisation. We have
successfully assisted many organisations with the recruitment
of quality individuals whom they would not otherwise be aware
of, often in niche areas on this basis.
A Confidential
Service
We provide a fully confidential service. Candidates value this
service, particularly in such a small market and therefore
trust our recruiters to search for the “right move” on their
behalf. As a result we are aware of individuals at all levels,
who are not openly or actively seeking alternative employment.
It would therefore be highly unlikely that they would apply to
a company’s own advertisement or approach a company directly.
Immigration Services
As part
of our usual placement service, if the successful applicant is
non-Bermudian one of our recruiters will assist with the
immigration processing on our client’s behalf.
We also offer immigration processing on a bespoke basis to
service our clients’ specific requirements. These include:
Work permit processing (temporary and permanent)
Work permit renewals
Periodic work permits
Title changes
The James Partnership has extensive experience in dealing with
immigration and a throrough knowledge of the necessary
processes and diplomacy that are required.
